Research
We’re building the Argus Array, the first very large optical telescope array. Argus, a 5m-class telescope made of 900 individual small scopes, will be the first large optical telescope able to observe the entire sky above its observing site — in every exposure. Argus will build a publicly-available, two-color, million-epoch movie of the sky, giving the astronomical community the ability to follow the evolution of every deep (22nd magnitude in one hour) time-variable source across the sky, simultaneously.
