AMWISE (Allies for Minorities and Women in Science and Engineering) is hosting an event where we invite three female panelists involved in academia and industry to talk about their journey in DEI initiatives etc. We hope to provide a chance for those invited to talk about their experiences and to be able to answer a few questions/ inspire students to pursue future careers in similar fields.Dr. Reena Blade – Regional Digital Strategist at BASF, Dr. Suzanne Martos – postdoc IRTA fellow at the NIEHS (environmental epigenomics and disease group), and Dr. Sharonda LeBlanc – Assistance Professor at NC State physics department for a small lunch, a lecture, and potentially a following Q&A session
